By accessing verifycasting.com or engaging our sourcing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Verify Casting acts as a sourcing and quality agent — not a manufacturer. We connect buyers with vetted foundries and manage quoting, inspection, and logistics.
A quotation is not an offer to sell until accepted by a signed order. Drawings and specifications must be confirmed before production. Changes after order confirmation may affect price and lead time.
Drawings, designs, and technical data you share remain your property. We use them solely to fulfill your sourcing request and only disclose them under NDA to engaged suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verify Casting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific order in question. We facilitate supplier relationships but do not warrant individual foundry output beyond stated QC protocols.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, then arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: August 2026.
